Termination does not remove payment obligations already incurred or affect rights and responsibilities that should reasonably continue afterward.

Section 21 — Subscriptions, Recurring Billing & Cancellation

Subscription Enrollment

Certain products may be available as one-time purchases or through recurring subscriptions.

By affirmatively selecting a subscription, you authorize Koreroot to charge your chosen payment method at the price and frequency disclosed during checkout, plus applicable taxes and disclosed shipping charges.

Billing Frequency

Your billing frequency and upcoming renewal date will be disclosed when you subscribe. Available delivery intervals and subscription changes may be managed through your account portal or by contacting support.

Your subscription continues until cancelled. Each renewal generally contains the product and quantity selected, unless you make changes before the applicable deadline.

Confirmation & Renewal Reminders

After enrollment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your subscription details.

Before each recurring charge, we will send a reminder identifying the anticipated charge amount, renewal date, and instructions for managing or cancelling your subscription.

Please keep your contact, payment, and shipping information current.

Payment Authorization

By enrolling, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and consent to the recurring charges disclosed at checkout.

Where supported, our payment processors may use card-account updater services to update expired or replaced card details. Contact your card issuer for information about available controls for those services.

Cancellation

You may cancel without a cancellation fee by:

• Using your subscription management portal, where available.
• Following the management link in your subscription emails.

To prevent the next renewal, we must receive your cancellation request at least 24 hours before the renewal date and time displayed in your account or renewal reminder.

We will send confirmation after processing your cancellation.

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel an order that has already passed the disclosed cancellation deadline and entered processing.

Requests received after the deadline may not qualify for cancellation or a change-of-mind refund for that renewal order.

However, we will provide an appropriate remedy when:

• You cancelled before the deadline but were charged afterward.
• A charge was unauthorized or made in error.
• You were charged before the disclosed renewal date.
• An order was damaged, defective, incorrect, lost, or not delivered.
• A remedy is required by applicable law.

Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may notify you and retry your payment method.

If payment cannot be collected, we may pause or cancel the subscription. Renewal orders will not ship until payment is successfully completed.

Subscription Refunds

Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to your first qualifying order. It does not extend to subsequent subscription renewals.

This restriction does not affect remedies for unauthorized charges, billing errors, damaged or incorrect products, missing deliveries, or other circumstances covered by applicable law.

Delivery Issues

Carrier tracking information may be used when investigating delivery issues.

If tracking shows delivery but your package is missing, contact us so we can assist. A delivery scan does not remove rights or remedies available under applicable law.

We will provide advance notice and obtain consent where required. You will have an opportunity to cancel before a notified price change takes effect.

Consent to marketing text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency & Charges

Message frequency varies.

Koreroot does not charge a separate fee for the messaging program, but message and data rates may apply through your wireless provider. Contact your provider for plan details.

Opting Out

You may unsubscribe by replying STOP to a Koreroot message or using an unsubscribe link where provided.

You may receive a single confirmation message after opting out. Further messages will stop as required by applicable law, unless you later provide new consent.

Requests affecting multiple messaging programs will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

You agree to provide a valid mobile number that you are authorized to use. Please notify us if you stop using or transfer that number.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. To the extent permitted by law, Koreroot is not liable for messaging delays or delivery failures outside its reasonable control.
