Subscription Options
Certain Koreroot products may be available as a one-time purchase or through a “Subscribe & Save” or “Save X% with Automatic Refills, Cancel Anytime” subscription.
The subscription option may be selected by default on a product page. You can switch to “One-Time Purchase” before adding the product to your cart.
If you select a subscription, checkout will clearly identify your purchase as a recurring subscription. Please review your purchase selection and order summary before placing your order.
How Billing Works
By affirmatively enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Koreroot to automatically charge your selected payment method at the price and frequency disclosed during checkout, plus applicable taxes and disclosed shipping charges.
Your subscription continues until cancelled. Each renewal will generally include the same product and quantity you originally selected, unless you update your subscription before the applicable renewal deadline.
Prices may change where permitted by law. If your subscription price changes, Koreroot will provide advance notice when required and give you an opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.
Standard processing and shipping times apply after each successful renewal payment.
Confirmation & Reminders
After subscribing, you will receive a confirmation email outlining your selected products, price, billing or delivery frequency, and upcoming renewal date.
Before each recurring charge, Koreroot will send a reminder to the email address associated with your account. This reminder will include the anticipated charge amount, renewal date, and instructions for managing or cancelling your subscription.
Please keep your email address, payment details, and shipping address up to date.
Managing Your Subscription
Through the Koreroot subscription management portal, where available, you may:
- Skip an upcoming order.
- Change your delivery frequency.
- Update your payment information.
- Update your shipping address.
- Cancel your subscription.
Changes must be completed before the deadline shown in your account or renewal reminder to apply to your upcoming order.
How to Cancel
You may cancel your Koreroot subscription at any time without a cancellation fee or long-term commitment by:
- Accessing the subscription management portal, where available, using the email address associated with your order.
- Following the “Manage Your Subscription” link in a subscription or billing email.
- Emailing KorerootShop@gmail.com
To prevent an upcoming renewal charge, your cancellation request must be received at least 24 hours before the renewal date and time displayed in your account or renewal reminder.
We will send confirmation once your cancellation has been processed. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically cancel an order that has already passed the disclosed cancellation deadline.
If your request arrives after that deadline, the upcoming order may already be processing and may not qualify for cancellation or a change-of-mind refund.
Koreroot will nevertheless provide an appropriate refund, replacement, or other remedy if:
- You cancelled before the disclosed deadline but were charged afterward.
- The charge was unauthorized or made in error.
- You were charged before the disclosed renewal date.
- Your order was damaged, defective, incorrect, lost, or not delivered.
- A remedy is required by applicable law.
Returns and refunds for orders already processed or shipped are handled under Koreroot’s Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy.
The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to your first qualifying Koreroot order. It does not cover subsequent subscription renewal orders, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, Koreroot may notify you and retry the payment method associated with your subscription.
If payment cannot be collected, we may pause or cancel your subscription. No renewal order will ship until payment is successfully completed.
